Buying art off the internet can be tricky and we want you to be satisfied. If you’ve changed your mind, return your artwork to us within 30 calendar days for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Our original shipping costs to you and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. You must cover packing and shipping costs to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are not eligible for returns.
To complete your return, contact us for an authorization form and instructions on where to ship your item. We highly recommend tracking and insuring your item, as we are not responsible if returns become lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
